We have an immediate opening as a full time Lead Maintenance Technician with our Affordable Housing program. This individual will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our various housing complexes; completing preventative maintenance, painting and completing repairs inside and outside the facilities. Job Requirements:
Education: 2 years post High School or equivalent
Job Related Experience : 5 years; experience/knowledge: in construction and/or maintenance of equipment, utilities and buildings; knowledge of state building, plumbing and electrical codes and ordinances; knowledge of basic machinery and tools; ability to operate lawn and yard equipment; knowledge/experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, plastering & painting; ability to relate positively and effectively with residents and visitors.
