Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking an after-hours supervisor/manager for our supported living program!

About the Program:
The supported living program offers assisted-living services to adults with a wide variety of developmental disabilities and varying levels of skill and independence. At Sunrise, we promote a high-quality of life, self-determination, and independence, by providing needed support for daily living tasks. The After Hours Community Living Facilitator (AHCLF) assists in the supervision, training, and retraining of staff who work outside of business hours, and passes on information to the direct supervisors of any issues that may need further investigation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Make periodic routine visits to clients’ homes at random times to monitor the health and safety of the client, their home, observe staff’s performance of duties and monitor medication record and ensure restrictive procedures are being followed
- Work direct care shifts whenever necessary to ensure required or appropriate staffing.
- Maintain positive relationship's with client’s family, relatives, guardians and friends.
- Collaborate with The Urgent Call Center to help them problem solve, answer questions, make supervisory calls, and assist with plans to utilize the resources available efficiently.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and/or problems involving clients and staff.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to challenging client behaviors, problems at residences, or other emergencies.
- Assist CLFs with Quality Assurance of their sites. Correct any deficiencies on the spot if possible. Monitor compliance with DDA regulations and policies, Sunrise Services policies and procedures, applicable contracts, and Residential Guidelines. Report any program, client, or staff concerns to the CLF, PC, or Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-year experience working with clients with developmental disabilities or equivalent experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Six months’ experience working for Sunrise Services preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: DSHS background clearance required and federal finger printing.
- Current Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification within 6 months of hire
- Other Considerations: MS Office experience, effective time management, sound judgement, strong communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Vaccination: In accordance with the Governor’s proclamation, Sunrise Services employees are required to be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination status will be required upon hire.
Work Schedule:
- Thursday 4p-12a, Friday 4p-12a, Saturday 8a-12a, Sunday 8a-4p.
