Employment Enterprises, Inc. is currently working with one of the fastest and most dynamic counties in Northern Virginia. We are searching for a CASA Aide. You will learn how to plan and implement age-appropriate disciplinary techniques, receive leadership training and gain a working knowledge of state childcare licensing standards.
CASA Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with snack preparation and help with room set up and clean up on a daily basis
• Assure program supplies are clean, safe, age-appropriate, and properly stored

CASA Aide Qualifications:

• The position requires completion of 11th grade
• Virginia state licensing requires candidates to be at least 16 years of age
• Must be physically able to keep up with young children
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must exhibit strong communication skills
