Builds customer relationships by traveling to customer locations to market and sell parts & Service, perform follow-up activities on complete goods, parts and service sales, address customer concerns, promote aftermarket sales and collect profiling information in order to enhance the customer experience.

• Sell parts and service through special parts promotions and HeritageGard Maintenances and Inspections packages, extended warranties.
• Deliver parts to the customers as required (include pulling parts and loading for the day)
• Communicates customer complaints to the appropriate department(s) to achieve a quick resolution.
• Provides parts and service solutions to the customers (maintenance and repair)
• Assists with counter sales to support customer needs, including Saturday work as required
• Responsible for the coverage, retention, development and acquisition of all customers within an assigned territory or sales market for parts and service
• Collects and updates customer equipment information (serial numbers, hours, number of rows, etc ) for use in parts, service, and sales marketing promotions
• Provides feedback about pricing and promotions of competitors
• Regularly cleans and properly maintains company vehicle as to protect company assets and to represent Heritage Tractor professionally.
• Attends required training meetings designed to promote overall employee and dealer development.
• Provides constructive input on parts and service marketing plans
• Assists with afterhours parts phone service, when necessary
• Other duties, as required, for overall location functionality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience and/or degree in an agricultural-related field
• Dealership Sales, Parts, Service or Precision Ag or other related work experience preferred
• Multi-tasking capabilities, interpretative skills to make quick assessments and decisions
• Superior organization skills
• Self-motivated to accomplish duties with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Strong skillset with Microsoft applications along with web browsers
• Clean driving record
• Physical requirements include lifting, and ability to access all parts of equipment offered by HTI
