Job description
- Supports the Agile Coach Lead and works with the team of agile coaches within the Enterprise Agile Transformation Office
- Develop Agile Teams Standards of Practices and runs on Enterprise Agile Playbook
- Develop comprehensive and customized agile training material
Coaching and mentoring Agile teams and leaders
Develop and provide training to business and IT staff on Agile-Lean practices - Working with a cohort of Agile coaches and trainers at the division, sector, and enterprise levels
- Conducts routine executive level reporting on transformation activities and agile maturity of entire department
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving common Agile methodologies, policies, and procedures for an Agile, iterative solution lifecycle from an executable architecture, concept development, iterative design, production, delivery, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Lean-Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (i.e. Azure DevOps/Jira).
Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at scale and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organizational change to make it work – SAFe or LeSS - Previous experience in Product Ownership or Scrum Master
Knowledge and experience in two or more Agile or Lean frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Extreme Programming - Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 6 years of experience performing in multiple Agile roles, to include 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach(not Scrum Master).
