Tom Barrow Company - Service Department, seeks an Air Filter Service Technician to maintain and replace air filters on heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Air Filter installation is a key component to maintaining a healthy building.

Essential Duties
Inspect and replace air filters on HVAC equipment. Operate coil cleaning equipment

Minimum Qualifications
Three months of general maintenance or related experience; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Possess a valid driver's license (minimum of Class D) upon employment and maintain throughout employment. A Department of Motor Vehicle search may be conducted.

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Driver's License (Required) with a good driving record
• US work authorization (Required)

Experience in:
Maintenance of air filters
Accurately maintaining and updating filter records
Performing preventative maintenance routines

Demonstrated knowledge of:
Types and use of air filters
Customer service experience
Evidence of effective verbal and written communication skills
