STR Super Cleaners is a top-rated and fast-growing short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning service in the Poconos (Monroe County and some surrounding areas).

We're changing the industry and creating the standards for a short-term rental cleaning company in the Poconos by providing customers with a service that is easy to work with, affordable, exceptional quality, technologically advanced and matching them with trusted, reliable and professional individuals.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Responsible for managing staff
· Train, coach, and discipline field staff.
· Effective organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks and self-manage a demanding workload or reactive and proactive work.
· Friendly, approachable, and professional
· Superb attention to detail and understanding of a luxury brand.
· Hands-on approach
· Managing multiple job sites
· Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed, you will be doing some cleanings when needed
· Serve as a point of contact when there are customer issues related to quality, customer service, or accidents/mishaps on-site.
· Provide regular reporting on operational performance.
· Conduct onsite inspections, training, coaching, and quotes.
· Strategically organize current and future cleaning schedules and be able to understand and co-ordinate cleans to prevent overlapping and/or late arrivals.
· Oversee and monitor the operations ensuring company standards are met.
· Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
· Establish baseline knowledge and understanding of our services and regions including their capabilities and limitations.
· Track your team performance against quantitative goals, brainstorming and executing optimizations as needed.

This is a Management position and only those who meet the criteria and have proven Management/Leadership skills and a clean background will be considered. This position is 70-80% in the field and requires a lot of driving (gas will be reimbursed),
Required Education and Experience
· 3+ years in leadership roles.
· 3+ years in housekeeping or related professional area.
· Strong technical skills.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment.
· Fluent in Spanish - a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tobyhanna, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
