To assist in the handling and transportation of baggage as needed by Supervisor(s). $15.00/hr

Job Summary: Bag Runner is responsible for assisting the airline ticket counter staff with the loading of passenger luggage onto the conveyer belt and spacing out luggage to prevent luggage jams on the conveyor belt. The bag runner will safely transport oversized passenger luggage from the ticket counter to TSA for screening and processing. Examples of oversized, unusually shaped luggage may include skis, pet kennels, musical instruments, audio/visual equipment, medical equipment, medical devices, and strollers. The bag runner must adhere to all airport and government policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Capable of lifting, holding or carrying up to 75 pounds repetitively
