Facility In House Position

AIT (Administrator in Training)

Pay:

· $60k to $70k dependent upon classification (Paid hourly rate)

Requirements to Apply:

· Must be willing to obtain CNA if not certified upon applying

· Good attendance record (will verify with HR)

· Ability to work 5 shifts per week – (12-hrs)

· Strong communication skills

· Desire for career growth with goal to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

· Flexibility

AIT Tasks/Duties:

· Provide direct care and on floor care assignments to meet facility care needs

· Assist with maintaining facility cleanliness

· Encourage and empower facility staff

· Be prepared to fill in any department as needed

· Monitor and assist with system implementation in assigned facility

· Communicate facility concerns to facility Administration, COO and DOO

· Follow direction of facility Administrator, DON as well as President, COO and DOO of RCMC

· Worksite : Heritage Care Center or Crestwood

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• 12 hour shift

Experience:

• long term care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Preferred)
• CMT (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
