We are seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Alaska, but without benefits. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing the speech and language needs of students, developing customized therapy plans, and conducting therapy sessions to monitor their progress.
Overview

Fully remote position

Paid weekly.
Guaranteed hours and pay on both direct and indirect services.
1099 Contract position

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license in Alaska
Experience working with school-aged children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and student needs

Responsibilities

Provide remote speech and language therapy services to students with communication and swallowing disorders.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and cognitive abilities.
Provide ongoing therapy sessions to students via telehealth platforms.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in electronic health records.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current on research and best practices in speech and language therapy.
