Starting rates depending on experience

GM 50k to 130k with bonus
GM MIT around 36k/yr while in training.
Asst Mgrs. Start 13-16 an hr
Shift Mgrs Start 10.50-12 an hr
Carhops start at 7.25 but average well over 12 an hr with tips
Fountain & Drive thru attendants start at 10 an hr
Cooks start at 10 an hr
