This is for a delivery driver position working part-time (3 days) or full-time (4 days) with Florida Delivery Solutions, LLC delivering Amazon packages. We need people who are reliable, quick, organized, and ready to work. Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations. Please read below carefully before applying.

Job Description:

• 200+ stops per day driving a delivery van
• Workload based on a 10-hour shift, shift not done until route is complete
• Typical day is from about 10am - 8/8:30pm
• Drivers will be on a trial period initially (90 day probationary period)

Job Requirements:

• Looking for 3 and 4 day per week drivers (30/40 hours). Weekend work required (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Over time available for a 5th or 6th day possibly
• Must be able to lift-up to 60 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid current Driver's License with updated home address
• Will be given a road test in an Amazon delivery van before delivering
• Will have to work in Tampa and surrounding areas
• Must pass a drug test, driving history check, and background check!

Driving Record and Criminal Background Check:

• No DUI convictions
• No major driving violations
• No more than 2 minor moving violations with 36 months
• No felony convictions in the last 7 years
• No theft or violence convictions
• Able to pass a pre-hire and Random Drug Screen

Typical Pay and onboarding:

• Starting at $17.50/hr, bi-weekly pay
• Training: 2 days in classroom and one day ride along in van
• Training routes: 8 days of smaller routes to get new drivers acclimated
• Full routes: starting with your 9th route
