- Minimum of +3 years of store visual merchandising experience required.
- Minimum of +3 years of corporate visual merchandising experience.
- Experience with space planning as it relates to visual merchandising.
- Project management skills including measurement, reporting and financial analysis.
- Must be able to lift approx. 20 lbs.

The Visual Merchandiser will help drive an innovative approach to visual merchandising. This position will support visual merchandising functions, innovate around new merchandising strategies and effectively manage information that will enable store associates to execute an incredible customer experience.

- Managing assortment based on set dates.
- Execute strategic initiatives based on cohesive brand standards from concept to execution.
- Translate visual strategy into tactical execution plans.
- Create, edit, and monitor project timelines as required.
- Measures effectiveness of visual strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated with the ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
- Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to lean new tools quickly.
- Experience working in across teams/stakeholders.
- Strong aesthetic and visual design/styling experience.
- Experience facilitating training.
