RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate activities of clinical and business operations of the facility
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate activities to ensure professional medical/nursing care for each patient
- Develop/implement policies and guidelines in coordination with corporate personnel to assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and accreditation for ambulatory healthcare/surgery facility
- Develop, direct, evaluate, and administer financial, administrative, and personnel policies and guidelines and standards of conduct in coordination with corporate personnel
- Participate in, provide direction/oversight, and perform as coordinator for evaluation of facility programs and committee activities, including but not limited to Quality Management/Improvement, Risk Management, Safety, Infection Control, Pharmacy, Sharps, and all other committees and delegate responsibilities to applicable personnel
- Monitor/review scheduling/staffing activities of patients, physicians, and staff to ensure quality of services and cost effectiveness
- Monitor/review annual performance evaluations of clinical and business personnel and complete the annual performance evaluation for nursing employees
- Prepare information, statistics, and reports for and participate in quarterly Board meetings, annual physician meeting, and other facility or joint venture meetings
- Perform/coordinate physician credentialing for ambulatory surgery center
- Coordinate/perform the activities of selection, supervision, and counseling of personnel in coordinate with corporate personnel
- Provide appropriate personnel/resources to conduct facility activities
- Coordinate/provide a safe environment for all patients, patient representatives, staff, and physicians including preventative maintenance programs
- Facilitate communication and working relationship between Center, facilities, physicians, and staff
- Perform other duties as delegated by corporate personnel and/or assigned by a member of the Board of Managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of accredited College/School of Nursing with current RN licensure in state of New Jersey
- Professional nursing experience of at least 2 years as administrator, director of nursing, or manager at an Ambulatory Surgery Center preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in medical/surgical, intensive care, and/or recovery preferred
- CASC certification preferred
- APIC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of state, regulatory, and accrediting requirements

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
