job summary:

An Analyst is needed for a manufacturer of optics products in the Center Valley, PA area. This hybrid role is responsible for gathering, arranging, and inspecting data for all leasing processes by creating a single source of truth. Role must accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports and be able to communicate results of data analysis in written and verbal form to management.

responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and implement departmental reporting tools, queries, dashboards and databases that support our internal and external customers key metrics related to all leasing processes and programs by working directly with business and sales users.

• Creates reports and KPIs for all Financial Services teams in a variety of formats (reports, PowerPoint, graphs, tables), formulating recommendations for effective communication to non-analytic audiences.

• Perform all Property Tax maintenance required for reporting purposes.

• Create validations that ensure data integrity in all aspects of operational and sales reporting by working collaboratively with the data governance and reporting team. Create one "single" source of truth for leasing data by creating a leasing data warehouse or integrating into warehouse.

• Provide support for requests from both our Internal Audit Department and External Auditors.

• Perform root cause analysis on reporting activities and provide improvement strategies to optimize Financial Services outputs.

• Supports digital transformation efforts and system enhancements by serving on project teams as a contributor.

• Prepares ad hoc reporting for Financial Services teams and stakeholders as directed.
