Summary Job Description
Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s National Senior Housing Investment Sales team is currently seeking an Analyst to further expand our team’s practice. General responsibilities and duties of the Analyst will include detailed financial analysis in conjunction with the preparation of valuation and listing engagement proposals, preparation of sale offering materials, market analysis, and general support of the team to help in winning new listings and marketing those engagements to prospective buyers. Skills and attributes of the Analyst should include initiative with nominal direction, highly organized, exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. As the nature of our business is fast-paced and constantly changing, we seek someone who is a critical thinker, enjoys the vibrancy of this environment, and possesses a solutions-oriented and client-focused mentality toward their work.
About Our Team
Since 1986, Grandbridge’s National Senior Housing Investment Sales team has focused exclusively on representing sellers of senior housing communities across the country. In that time, the team has served clients in brokering the sale of over 200 senior housing communities across 35 states, spanning the full spectrum of senior housing including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Life Plan / CCRC and Active Adult. Clients include both public and private investors, for-profit and non-profit organizations, developers, operators and other fiduciaries. Over the past 12 months, the team as successfully closed on the sale of over $500 million in property sales with an average transaction size of approximately $50 million.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related products (particularly Excel)
- Proficiency with (or willingness to learn) Adobe InDesign
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Exceptional Writing Skills and Verbal Communication
- Highly organized with ability to keep track and re-prioritize tasks and responsibilities based on client needs
- Strong Researching skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-changing work environment
- Ability to take initiative with nominal direction
- Maturity and self-confidence to simultaneously handle a variety of assignments
- Inquisitive with a strong desire to learn and ask questions
- Creativity and problem solving skills
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers as well as interfacing with clients and prospective clients
- Ability to travel, either for day or occasionally overnight
