The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position is a proficient working in MRI and AVID software who is willing to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Process and distribute monthly tenant rent statements.
• Create and post miscellaneous tenant charges or credits.
• Post cash receipts to tenant ledgers.
• Process daily accounts payable (A/P) invoices using computerized software programs (AVID & MRI).
• Reconcile and code corporate credit card statements.
• Scan and upload invoices.
• Verify coding and accuracy of charges and route for approval.
• Reconcile and/or resolve vendor invoice discrepancies.
• Batch approved invoices for payment.
• Print checks, match to appropriate back up, route for signature and mail to vendors.
• Alphabetize, copy/scan invoices for draw requests, as required.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Obtain and maintain vendor W-9s.
• Uphold professionalism by providing courteous customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
