Just outside YOUR front door! Most convenient 2nd job ever - Live One Site, as one of the on-site apartment caretakers. Discounted Rent! Great for a couple/or individual who takes pride in their home. Very part - time. Work 1 - 2 hours per day, Monday - Friday. Start time is flexible. 1 week of call per month.

Property Caretaker is the most important person in maintaining a clean, neat and welcoming home for themselves and their fellow residents! The physical property is cared for each day, both inside the building(s) and out. Therefore, Caretakers MUST be able to shovel, pick up trash and pull weeds/maintain garden. Must be able to mop floors, dust, cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal etc. from the common areas.

Experience performing commercial cleaning or house cleaning service, lawn maintenance and customer service make the most successful property caretakers.
