We have the tools and training, now we just need you! MG Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ontario, CA!
The ideal candidate for this community will have experience in all trades and be customer service focused but if you have any handyman experience, we are ready to train! Some duties will include maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, maintaining common areas/grounds/office and taking emergency calls and more!
Qualifications:
- Experience with plumbing & electrical preferred (hands-on training provided)
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- Must be able to work weekends and take emergency after-hour calls.
