CDP Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our diverse comprehensive medical team. The APP collaborates with physicians and other health care staff to provide high quality patient care. The role includespreventive, corrective, and promotive care to patients across all ages including early states of illness to long-term disease conditions.

Retention bonus opportunity upon hire.

Qualifications

Hold a current Registered Nurse License in the State of South Dakota with a master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible.

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Must be licensed by the South Dakota State Board of Medical Examiners.

Current DEA number for Schedule II-IV Controlled Substances. In addition to a strong clinical background, the APP must have an excellent bedside manner and the ability to effectively communicate sensitive information about a patient's condition.
