Compensation and Schedule for the Appointment Scheduler

Appointment Scheduler – Full-time, hybrid after training, $18-$20 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a great family environment at a fast-growing company!

Required Qualifications of the Appointment Scheduler

• 1+ year of recent medical customer service, front office, or scheduling experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Appointment Scheduler

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule follow-up appointments and medication refills
• Schedule telemedicine or in-office appointments with providers or NP for patients throughout Arizona
• Set up virtual meeting links with patients
• Verify patients’ addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
• Approximately 50-70 calls per day
