OVERALL SUMMARY

We are seeking an Appointment Specialist to join our team! If you are someone with a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, and loves building connections with customers and coworkers, then this is the position you've been waiting for!

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Receiving incoming calls & transferring calls to other departments
• Making outgoing calls to follow up with potential customers
• scheduling & managing a digital calendar for multiple employees
• Preparing/mailing documents for customers
• Confirming appointments & project installation dates with customers
