Hap Parker Family Aquatic Center is hiring for Front Gate Attendants.
The Front Gate Attendant is the first employee patrons come into contact with at Hap Parker family Aquatic Center and responsible for serving the public in a friendly and courteous manner. Job Responsibilities

• Be professional, alert, courteous, and positive can do attitude
• Knowledgeable of the Aquatic Center operations
• Answer questions, if can"t answer the question will refer to the Aquatic Supervisor or Service Manager
• Check all swim passes to insure validity
• Responsible for tally of daily attendance
• Balance of all collected funds during your shift
• Being present at the counter at all times during you"re shift
• Limited patrons from lingering around counter
• Remain alert at all times
• Make sure any start-up money for the following day have been arranged
• Adhere to all opening and closing procedural checklists
• Responsible for care, cleaning, and overall tidiness of the front counter
• Strive to greet patrons by name
• Always offer quality assistance to those who need help
• Develop a professional interaction with empathy and patience in difficult situation
• Communicate needs and ideas with supervisor
• Communicate complaints and suggestions to supervisor
• Attend staff meetings and training for education, safety, new methods, and policies
• Adhere to assigned dress code Requirements
• Comfortable and engaging with all who enter our facility
• Maintain professional interaction while explaining and enforcing safety policies and facilities rules of use
• Ability to work independently, possess initiative, and is a strong multi-tasker and must thrive in a collaborative team work environment and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Requires ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relations with subordinates, other Village employees and the general public
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and communicate scheduling needs/changes effectively to supervisor Qualifications

Qualifications - * Must be at least 15 years of age

• Excellent customer service experience
• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel Additional Information
