Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collection calls on all delinquent client receivable accounts, reminder calls on new accounts, response to all client special requests or questions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Aging Report
- Prepare weekly explanation for outstanding receivables
- Send payment inquiry emails and make telephone calls for all outstanding client receivables
- Daily research and resolution of all short paid invoices
- Prepare debtor or client refunds
- Prepare all receivable adjustment forms with appropriate support for approval of short payments
- Supply invoice copies to client on request
- Scanning/Arching
- Special projects as assigned by AR Supervisor (Accounts Receivable)
- Adhere to company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Perform additional duties as required by management as needed
- Special projects
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Experience:
Collection and reconciliation experience.
Experience in an accounting relation area a plus
Computer Experience:
- Employees must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Expert level)
- PeopleSoft experience a plus
