Job description
Overview:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collection calls on all delinquent client receivable accounts, reminder calls on new accounts, response to all client special requests or questions.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Aging Report
  • Prepare weekly explanation for outstanding receivables
  • Send payment inquiry emails and make telephone calls for all outstanding client receivables
  • Daily research and resolution of all short paid invoices
  • Prepare debtor or client refunds
  • Prepare all receivable adjustment forms with appropriate support for approval of short payments
  • Supply invoice copies to client on request
  • Scanning/Arching
  • Special projects as assigned by AR Supervisor (Accounts Receivable)
  • Adhere to company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
  • Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Perform additional duties as required by management as needed
  • Special projects
Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience:
Collection and reconciliation experience.
Experience in an accounting relation area a plus

Computer Experience:
  • Employees must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Expert level)
  • PeopleSoft experience a plus
