Interior Design Drafter:

The Architectural Designer will assist in the development of the design/construction documents for our interior design projects. This person will be a full-time member on our team, helping with the design development of primarily custom, single-family, mountain homes.

Primary Role:

• Execute the production of project plans, elevations, sections, and details for architectural and design projects (primarily in Revit).
• Read, understand, and decipher plans, specifications, shop drawings, engineering drawings, project schedules and plan redlines proficiently.
• Coordinate plan updates or changes throughout the duration of a project.
• Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience with architectural design and/or drafting on custom projects – custom residential preferable.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work schedule accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
• Revit and InDesign proficiency required.
• Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to follow process, are keys to success in this role.
• Work closely with all members of our team, including vendors, clients, architects, construction, and engineers to make sure that the project is successful.
