PT Architectural Renderer
Bracket Architecture Office located in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a PT [part-time] Architectural Renderer with experience in aspects of design and production for a wide array of projects; they must be able to develop documents and details from design concepts in SketchUp and AutoCAD. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who would like to be part of exciting projects with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Computer skills must include AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit is a plus
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to meet project timelines
- Spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with the team
- Looking for an opportunity to join a growing office with a commitment to innovative and thoughtful design across many project types
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Drawings and PresentationsCreate 3D models of architecture and interiors based on 2D drawings and sketches
Produce 3D renderings
- Design SolutionsResolve minor design issues
- Quality AssuranceRegularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness
Ensure renderings comply with company and design standards
- CommunicationEstablishes and maintains professional and effective lines of communication with superiors and other team members
Communicates, listens, and learns in an appropriate and professional manner
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in communicating architectural ideas through 3D modeling and rendering
- Creative problem solver
- Accuracy and deadline-driven
