We are seeking an AREA MANAGER to support teams and project sites in western and southern Wisconsin. POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provides leadership, tactical direction, and fiscal responsibility for a customer focused operation
• Assigns and oversees projects to team members, monitor projects for timely completion, and ensure a high level of quality is met
• Coaches, develops and mentors team members
• Maintains a monthly financial forecast for project management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Provides strong direction, support, and management of all regional team members and business partners.
• Motivates, mentors, and supports personnel.
• Fiscal responsibility to include budgeting, forecasting and the daily management of expenses/assets.
• Develops and maintains effective relationship/partnerships with clients and customers.
• Effective utilization, performance, and career development for staff.
• Ensures adherence to quality control standards and maintenance programs.
• Enforces company safety program and policies.
• Familiarity with OSHA laws and regulations.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• 3+ years telecom experience (strongly preferred)
• 3+ years leadership experience (required)
• Experience managing construction projects (strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build and maintain internal/external relationships
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Can make sound decisions and solve problems in stressful situations
• A valid driver’s license, with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
