Job description

We are seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee a corporate office building security team. The shift would be Monday-Friday 4pm to 12am with on call flexibility to take care of any issues, concerns or training/retraining of your assigned staff. Officer must have a valid Armed SORA license but will only carry when filling in for Site Manager.

Supervisor Expectations

· Responsible for your building and everything that happens in it

· Responsible for issuing disciplinary warnings when necessary to your team

· Review all incident reports prior to them being turned in to the Client

· If there are call outs, you must call from the provided roster sheet until you get coverage. Sometimes you will be required to hold post

· Responsible for training all new hires and for ongoing training of all staff at your assigned building

· Periodically, you may be required to visit the sites after hours to respond to an incident or follow up training on an officer

· You must be responsive to your site 24/7, unless you indicate you will be offline for a certain time period.

· Maintain a weekly schedule for your assigned building

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
