Responsibilities:

• Assists in enforcing prescribed safety rules and regulations and ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, gloves, respirators, dust masks, safety glasses, hairnets, steel toe shoes, lab coats, sleeves, shoe covers, and jumpsuits.
• Utilize Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Material Handling Sheets consistently when coming in contact with chemical material
• Process assigned orders requiring the use of, but not limited to, the Clean and White rooms, per manufacturing order, efficiently, error-free and in compliance with safety and FDA/ISO guidelines
• Understand and adhere to rules of contamination/cross-contamination to protect the manufactured product from environmental factors.
• Understand the various machinery used and how to properly program equipment for manufacturing product.
• Thoroughly and accurately complete paperwork regarding the processing of chemical material.
• Verify labels of all materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Complete required reports and records including, but not limited to, area cleaning logs, equipment logs, and balance logs.
• Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Set-up, operate, clean and maintain all aseptic processing equipment.
• Train associates on the proper cleaning and disinfecting of control classified areas.
• Perform aseptic training and gown qualification for new associates
• Other duties as assigned or evolve

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Aseptic processing or life science industry required
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work as a part of a team
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, takes initiative to meet production goals.
• Stable work history.
