Moldtronics, Inc. is looking for an Assembler to be part of our team!
What will you do?
- Building/assembling products according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Proficient with use of cleaning/cutting tools to remove excess material on finished products.
- Inspect assembled products to identify various defects and imperfections.
- Use heat staking equipment and other tools to install components into assemblies.
- Assist in precise painting & gluing operations according to customer standards/specs.
- Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections to management.
- Maintain clean and organized workstation.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Demonstrates ability to work with minimal oversight or as part of team.
- Good hand eye coordination.
- Effective time management skills and fine attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25lbs, as well as stand for hours at a time.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' work experience working in similar field.
