General Summary:

Assembly duties will mainly consist of construction of XeteX units; assembling, caulking, working with hand and power tools, and performing quality checks for XeteX HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) units.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the squaring of units (like building a house), (climbing ladders, using clamps, and power drills)
• Placement, and securing of internal components (tight spaces, power drills, using a tape measure, welders)
• Placing outer panels (using power drills, and caulk)
• Installing the roof (use of fall protection, welder, caulk, power drills)
• Hanging doors, performing Quality checks, and clean out of the unit
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Background in construction and carpentry will be critical
• Must be able to operate basic hand tools safely and efficiently
• Must be responsible, personable, have a good work ethic, and able to be on time
• Able to read and understand basic drawings, technical sheets, and procedures
• Strict adherence to Rule Books and quality standards
• Welding and fabrication knowledge is a plus
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Stand continuously, 8+ hours
• Kneel, crouch occasionally

• Lift from floor to waist occasionally
• Lift from waist to shoulder occasionally
• Lift overhead occasionally
• Lift 0 – 25lbs frequently

• Occasionally required to work in enclosed spaces
• Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with proper safety protection
