The Assembler/Packer primary function hand assemble a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.

Job Duties:

• 
  Must be able to hand assemble a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.
• Hand Packaging of small kits and parts
• Good hand coordination and dexterity
• Must be able to operate assembly fixtures. A few examples follow:

JDS/JD assembly machine, Riveter, Bracket Machines, Small presses

• Must be able to operate small hand tools.
• Inspection of material as it is being fabricated
• Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs routinely
• Notify the supervisor if a machine is not working properly
• Notify the supervisor of quality problems with assembly
• Notify the supervisor if plating is poor.
• Required to record daily production and maintain production quotas.

Physical Requirements – Essential

• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
