Spherion Staffing Lakeland is hiring for multiple warehouse positions throughout Polk County. Come join our team!
Various shifts available
Job Duties:
- Assemble finished parts
- Some positions require you to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- Visually inspect finished product
- Count and Pack finished product into boxes for shipping
- Seal box with tape and stack on pallet
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Previous warehouse and/or packing experience is a plus
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and lift without accommodation
- Ability to stand on feet for extended amounts of time
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
