We are hiring for assemblers and machine operators to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for good machine operators with at least some experience in manufacturing facility. We will teach and train everyone in this role but previous experience is helpful in this role. We are hiring immediately for this role and you can start as soon as possible. This is a full time and long term permanent job.

Schedule: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts available: Monday - Friday and plenty of overtime if you want it.

• 1st = 7 am - 3 pm / 2nd = 3 pm - 11 pm / 3rd = 11 pm - 7 am

Location: the facility is near Rockledge FL, 329553, which is between Melbourne and Cocoa FL.

Machine operators Job Description

• Complete machine operation duties such as loading materials into machines
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Perform change overs of material into the machines
• Monitor charts and make adjustments to machinery accordingly
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
