Holland Home is adding a full-time Assistant Project Manager to our team of professionals on construction projects at Holland Home! This is an excellent opportunity to support an amazing team of Project Managers and be part of meaningful, fulfilling work!
What will you do?
- Assist Project Coordinators with project pricing, material research, bid procurement and finish plans
- Quote for room modification and remodel projects
- Maintain appliance recycling program
- Assist Project Manager with scheduling, purchasing, and client communications
- Assist in developing process improvement initiatives
- Assist field staff with software maintenance and technology
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance as well as reliable means of transportation
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications
- Proven organizational skills with ability to execute projects on time and on budget
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong relationship building skills as well as interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
