We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Union Kitchen & Tap.

Fueled by a passionate desire to create the perfect balance of coastal class and casual comfort, Union Kitchen & Tap offers the best of New American food, local craft beers, vintage wines and hand-crafted cocktails, all inspired by its eclectic home in Encinitas, California.

Qualified Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

• 2 + years management experience in a high volume restaurant and bar.
• Strong leadership skills
• Passion for the food service industry
• Understanding of systems and processes and ability to create and implement
• Strong food and bar knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to hire, train, and mentor all staff members
