Gold Star’s Assistant General Managers are highly instrumental in the success of our organization through outstanding leadership in operations, finance, customer relations, food safety, and human resources. The Assistant General Manager in partnership with the General Manager, plays a significant role in shaping the atmosphere and culture of the restaurant and upholding the mission, vision, and values of Gold Star Brands.
The successful Assistant General Manager will be positioned for advancement to General Manager and a rewarding career in Operations Management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES OF AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE
- Culture Builder - crafting a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on communication and core values.
- People Leadership – play an active role with the General Manager to interview, onboard, train, schedule, coach, engage, and develop store crew members
- Operations – manage productivity, quality, and food safety
- Financial Management – support the General Manager with management of sales growth, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, and overall profitability of the store
- Customer Relations – ensure exceptional experiences and build lasting customer relationships
- Community Ambassador – foster a strong presence in the local community and build positive public
