- Improvement and Grading Plan Review
- Map Review
- Pavement Management Administration
- Encroachment Permit Management
- Assessment District Administration
- Utility Coordination
- State and Federal Grant Administration
- Capital Improvement Plan preparation, Design, Consultant and Contractor Management
- Bid Administration and Construction Oversight
- Preparation of City Council and Planning Staff Reports
- Review of Technical Studies (e.g. traffic impact analysis, hydrology and hydraulic studies, geological reports, SWPPP's, WQMP's, HMP's, etc.)
- Storm Water Management, Administration and Inspection
- Prepare and Update Forms, Exhibits, Check-Lists, Policies and Procedures
- Other Municipal Engineering Duties
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying
- California Engineer in Training license
- LSIT License preferred
