The ideal candidate will have proven culinary and supervisory experience, be an excellent communicator and demonstrate outstanding leadership, organizational abilities, and an eagerness to grow within a company.

Duties & Responsibilities may include:

• Supervise, coach and develop kitchen Team Members
• Oversee the food preparation and presentation before service
• Train kitchen Team Members in designated stations
• Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments
• Scheduling Kitchen Team Members
• Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, meets all health standards and organized on an ongoing basis

*All other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Kitchen Management role
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
• Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• High-level attention to detail
• Catering and group event experience preferred
• ServeSafe-Manager Required

*Rate of pay is based on verified experience

Additional Requirements:

· Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

· Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 8-hour shifts or more

· Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English

· Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

· Reliable transportation
