Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join our growing team in our St Augustine Beach office!

Summary of position:

Works closely with Property Managers and all team members to ensure the smooth operation Homeowners and Condominium Associations, including administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day to day operations of management office

Answer telephones and provide excellent customer service

Assist in obtaining and organizing cost estimates or other items as needed

Update TOPS software accurately and on a timely basis

Assist with various administrative tasks as requested

Ensure efficiency and productivity of office while organizing tasks based on priority.

Assist managers by fielding calls, responding to emails, organizing files and maintaining accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:

2+ year experience in administrative support or association management

Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational skills and professional image.

Strong experience with MS Office, Excel and Outlook necessary. TOPS software experience is a big plus.

  • TOPS: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
