As Asst Support Coordinator at Lewis Tree Service, you are an important part of our job costing team, helping to ensure we reconcile timesheets with our vendor invoicing.

A Week in the Life…

The week begins with a burst of activity: verifying payroll, matching jobs, crews and hours to the timesheets and invoices. It’s an intricate puzzle, requiring great attention to detail. Once verified, we upload that data into our ERP (JDEdwards) to capture revenue and produce invoices. Along the way, we help our customers and our partners in the field solve problems and ensure everything is processed accurately. We just love helping people. At the end of the week, we are winding down with tidying up loose ends and filing things away. By Friday it’s smooth sailing.

What You’ll Do…

  • Assist the Support Coordinator with…Reviewing, entering and verifying weekly payroll

Posting equipment costs and production revenue to the appropriate job
Problem resolution with company personnel and customers

  • Distribute information to field personnel
  • Produce customer invoices
  • Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
  • Review files and documents to retrieve requests for information, reconciling invoices, data and reports
  • Complete data entry

Keys to Success…

  • Experience with basic accounting practices, such as debits and credits
  • Possess strong analytical, typing, grammar, spelling, math and computer skills
  • Ability and tenacity to solve problems
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Detail-oriented and maintain the accuracy of information
  • Enjoy working in a high-volume fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm

What You’ll Need…

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent accounting courses (Two-Year Degree Preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
