To assist the teacher in maintaining a classroom environment which encourages learning through fun and creative activities with attention to developmental milestones of each child. Build trust and respect among children.

Experience working with children in a group setting. ·
Helping children develop positive self-images and experience success.
- Developing schedules and routines ensuring physical activity, rest and playtime.
- Teaching children how to play fairly with others.
Principle Responsibilities
- Assisting with custodial care of children (diapering, feeding, etc)
- Interacting with children, assisting their needs.
- Participating in planned activities and project.
- Setting up for snack, lunch and rest time (if applicable)
Requirements for Teacher Assistants:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experiences: Preference given to those with six (6) months experience in group setting for children under six (6) years of age.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
