Lorien Bel Air is looking for an Assisted Living Manager to plan, organize, develop, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Department to ensure each of our residents receives the highest quality patient care.
The AL Manager provides complete oversight of the department's employees to include the Delegating Nurse, Charge Nurses, Caregivers and Medication Technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- Assisted Living Manager Certification, a plus
- Experience as a supervisor in a related health care facility

Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Must possess organizational skills and be detail oriented
- Familiar with COMAR regulations
- Familiar with resident service plans and assessments
- Familiar with OHCQ survey process
- Participate in on-call rotation
