Job description
The Assisted Living Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing the provision of care for our CBRF Assisted Living at our campus in Walworth, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include managing staff, completing required documentation, and coordinating with clinical professionals and families to ensure the best care for our residents.
The Assisted Living Manager role is a full-time salaried position and is eligible for full benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, paid time off and more. It is primarily a day shift position with on-call responsibilities.
Medical background or health care experiences is a plus, but not necessarily required. No specific certification or licensure is required as we search for the right fit for this position. However, candidates must be willing to serve as a caregiver when necessary, and must be able to effectively lead a team. Also, candidates must be able to communicate professionally and represent the Golden Years, both with families as well as other medical professionals.
