This is a REMOTE WORK POSITION.

The Associate Account Executive is an entry-level role responsible for support across various accounts and projects. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. He or she must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

We are a quirky, close-knit, small, but growing creative team. We have a wide range of client categories ranging from residential and contract furnishings, the golf industry, commercial vehicles, floor and wallcoverings. We work closely with each client to execute a wide range of deliverables, including print ads, social media content, showroom, tradeshow graphics, websites, logos, e-blasts, collection videos & more!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with account executives to assist with project development from beginning to end.
• Work closely with account executives to ensure quality and on-time delivery of projects. This includes but is not limited to client interaction, vendor coordination, traffic management, creative brief creation, and projects.

Other responsibilities include:

• Document client input into a project management system for distribution to the creative team.
• Keep account executives aware of progress on each project and communicate needs or concerns as quickly as possible.
• Work with vendors to gather production quotes.
• Communicate with clients as needed.
• Keep detailed records of the life of a project and share information as necessary.
• Attend client meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience and/or internship
• Ability to show time management skills and handle a high-volume workload
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Proficient with word processing and project management software

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
