Natural Dog Company's marketing team is in search of a driven marketing professional for our Associate Marketplace Manager position. https://naturaldogcompany.com/ (https://naturaldogcompany.com/)
The Associate E-Commerce Marketplace Manager will own marketplaces and related projects from end-to-end, influencing business decisions, enhancing the customer experience, and boosting revenue through existing and potential future marketplace partners. This position is responsible for the efficient use of catalog management systems and other tools to help manage the operational responsibilities of our marketplace business. The Associate Marketplace Manager is a self-starter who will work with the Marketplace Manager to accelerate growth and help manage Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, Petco, and more!
- Fully remote position - candidates can apply from any state in the U.S.
- Required, company-paid, week-long onsite events in our Charlotte, NC corporate office roughly 2-4 times per year
Responsibilities
- Proactively assist in the day-to-day management of all marketplaces
- Assist in building and managing best-in-class Marketplace Product Display Pages that drive optimal discoverability, traffic, and conversions
- Execute growth strategies to help reach established sales goals
- Partner with cross-functional team members on project base initiatives to help optimize functionality and project sales growth
- Manage Product Detail Page content (titles, bullet points, product descriptions, etc.) across all marketplaces and make recommendations for optimizations
- Assist with managing PPC advertising campaigns
- Pull weekly and monthly sales reporting to provide the team with a summary
- Conduct category research to analyze market trends and gather customer and consumer insights
- Execute marketing strategy by uploading coupons and promotions
- Develop content for new product launches on various marketplaces
- Monitor inventory performance, listing disruptions, and buy box status
- Oversee customer service – reviews, customer messages, seller feedback
- Manage case logs for Amazon and Walmart Work with the internal graphic design team to create new assets
- Handle miscellaneous day-to-day projects that arise
- Additional tasks as needed – We have a tight-knit team and “that's not my job” doesn't exist here
You are welcome to apply if you meet the following Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Marketplace advertising and management
- 3+ years of experience executing growth strategies to reach established sales goals
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other third-party marketplaces
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow–through and organizational skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic remote environment
- Proficient with software such as Google Suite
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience working with Project Management tools such as Asana
- Experience working with graphic designs
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
