Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for a motivated Mental Health Counselor Associate to join our treatment team! Providers with the following associate licenses are welcome -- LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA. This site is owned and operated by a clinical psychologist who broke the mold on how we conceptualize mental health treatment and general ideas of wellness. That is, providing high quality multi-disciplinary medical care in a beautiful, serene spa setting. We are dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments and have a high standard for clinical care. This position is perfect for someone looking to set their own schedule, work primarily from home while still connecting to their team, and work with high functioning and motivated clients. You will be supervised by a licensed clinical psychologist who will support, help, and closely monitor your work with clients. Office availability is an option if you live locally. However, this position is primarily virtual. We are excited to support early-career and associate level therapists!

We are a multi-disciplinary team of licensed medical providers--including licensed clinical psychologists, licensed mental health counselors, registered dietitians, and a full team of licensed massage therapists. We have a very high demand for mental health services and are continually striving to grow our team.

This job has the option to be fully remote or hybrid. You must obtain an associate clinical license in WA state prior to seeing clients. You must also be on your way to being independently licensed. Preference is given to providers who are physically located in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah due to insurance credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform intake interviews with thorough information gathering about symptoms, history, and goals.
• Diagnosis clients accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ability to treat clients with a variety of mental health concerns and issues.
• Provide short-term and long-term therapy.
• Complete notes and records timely and efficiently.
• Use EMR software for maintaining client’s record.
• Consult with other medical providers as necessary.
• Provide occasional documentation for clients as needed.
• Comply with HIPAA and privacy laws and standards.
• Respond to clients through email in a timely manner.
• Communicate with team members and collaborate as needed.
• Attend team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree
• Active WA associate clinical license (LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA) with NO sanctions
• Knowledge of and experience providing psychological treatment for a variety of general issues and to a diverse clientele
• Adherence to all local and state licensing laws and regulations
• Satisfactory results of background and reference check

Benefits:

• For full time therapists (min. 24 sessions per week), the pay is $55 to $65 per session. This includes 80 hours PTO.
• Full time therapists are offered health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
• Part time therapists provide a minimum of 12 sessions per week. Not eligible for benefits if part-time.
• Consultation with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coverage of your full liability insurance at our cost.
