FOOD AND BEVERAGE FLOOR MANAGER

In Bozeman, MT, Riverside Country Club is looking to add a f Food and Beverage Floor Manager to our service team. Riverside's food & beverage department is committed to offering our members and guests the finest service and a unique beverage program.

The Food and Beverage Floor Manager is a front-of-house management position that earns a competitive wage starting at $22 hourly + gratuity.

As a culinary professional in hospitality management, you play a crucial role in running our bar and food service. The outlets you help direct include beverage carts, a pool service area, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. You manage service on the floor during busier times and ensure product quality and service standards are met to make our country club an enjoyable experience for our members. By gathering feedback from customers and employees, you consistently implement service improvement ideas and develop new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and increase our business.

ABOUT RIVERSIDE COUNTRY CLUB

Established in 1959, we are a member-owned country club with an 18-hole championship golf course, racket sports facilities, swimming pools, banquet facilities, and dining facilities. As the only full-service, a family-oriented country club in the Gallatin Valley, we pride ourselves on our warm, friendly atmosphere that caters to the needs of our members and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD AND BEVERAGE FLOOR MANAGER

• 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
• ServSafe alcohol (or equivalent) certification within 90 days of employment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints as well as make the right decisions quickly
• Ability to work long days and non-traditional hours
• Strong leadership skills
