We are seeking an AT&T Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. You will be able to work with the best portfolio of awesome products as services including wireless, connected car, wearables and much more! We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission with no cap, incredible technology, a team of leaders with vast industry experience, and you get some great benefits along the way!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferred, not required.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work retail hours such as evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

• Mocksville, NC 27028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
