Position Overview:
The Recall Service Technician position will perform, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles. They are delivering a high level of safety and customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Perform accurate and efficient repairs on warrantied vehicles that have experienced a manufacturer recall
- Execute a high level of safety following dealership standard
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
- Assist Express/Lube technicians with system flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. as needed
- Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed accurately
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all customer interactions, co-workers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
